Services are provided “AS IS,” with no refund for services rendered.
Circles and Scheduled Events: Polish Your Star requires 48 hours cancellation and rescheduling for appointments. We reserve the right to charge full hourly rate for missed session(s).
Women’s Leadership Coaching Circle and Renewal Circles: Because the in-person, active participation by each Circle participant is critical to these sessions, no refund will be given for missed sessions. Refunds for cancellation are only given if required for a documented, emergency medical situation related to you or your immediate family members. A cancellation fee of 50% of the Circle fee will be assessed.
Products:
Limited Warranty: The “Empowering Women To Change the World: Career and Life Strategies for Women” System (“System”) and other products may be hand made or assembled, with no two exactly alike. Any variations or different products/component pieces used are to be expected. The System and other products carry a fourteen (14) day limited warranty for defective parts used under normal conditions. Exchanges only.
