Betty Albitz is a principal of Integrated Wealth Management and joined the firm in 1984. Whether it is assets obtained though business growth, inheritance or otherwise, Betty strongly believes in helping people increase their confidence in their financial future. Her primary responsibilities include client relationships, which run from multi-generational, single individuals, divorcees, entrepreneurs and covers the service and manufacturing industries.
Having earned a B.S. from the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management, Betty is also a life member of the Million Dollar Round Table, a recipient of the MN Quality Award and has been recognized frequently by ING Region. Betty is registered with the following security registrations: General Securities Series 7, Principal Series 24 and State Registrations 63 and 65. She has also earned the following life insurance designations, Chartered Financial Consultant and Chartered Life Underwriter.
Betty has been involved for more than 14 years in Referrals Unlimited (including past president), a weekly gathering devoted to help individuals grow their businesses. In addition, Betty serves on the Edina Soccer Board and is a member of Creek Valley Elementary School PTA.
A native of Minnesota, Betty and her husband Daniel have four children; Paul, Ben, AnnaBelle and Walter. The Albitz' make their home in Edina, Minnesota and are active members of St. Patrick's Catholic Church.
Glenna Dibrell
Glenna Dibrells background includes over two decades on both the agency and client side, with experience in business-to-business (B2B), consumer integrated marketing and national non-profit management. Industry areas of focus include technology (hardware and software), telecommunications, manufacturing, retail and the arts. Glenna has a rich history of combining various disciplines including vision, strategic thinking, business savvy and creative management to deliver bottom line results. In addition to working to exceed client expectations, she is also dedicated to the local community, currently serving as an advisory board member of Polish Your Star and the Institute of Production and Recording (IPR) and as an executive board member for Minnesotans for Safe Driving, among other volunteer activities.

Tammie Follett
Tammie L. Follett is an energetic and committed business and community leader. In her 20+ years at Thomson West in Minneapolis, she has achieving numerous sales and management awards and currently holds the position of senior account manager at Thomson West a leading global provider of integrated information-based solutions to business and professional customers headquartered in Eagan, Minnesota. She was recently honored to be selected into Thomson Wests Future Extraordinary Managers Program. In addition, she received the 2002 Business Excellence for Community Service Award from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul. Follett received the award for her work for Chrysalis Center for Women in Minneapolis, where she provides pro bono legal services for women and families and she also serves on the board of directors. Additionally, Follett volunteers for the Ramsey County Guardian ad litem program and serves as a diversity specialist for that program. Follett is a graduate of Lawrence University in Appleton, Wisconsin, she received her law degree from Hamline University School of Law in St. Paul in 1988, and a M.B.A. from the University of St. Thomas in July 2001. Her hobbies include travel, Ivey Awards (theater evaluations) and wine tasting.

Elizabeth (Liz) Sheridan Rammer (RAY-mer)
In 2001, Liz joined LifeScience Alley (then known as Medical Alley) as Vice President of Marketing & Communication and in 2009 was promoted to the new role of Executive Vice President. During her tenure, Liz has focused on the growth of membership and services, development of the annual conference, and on improving LifeScience Alley's operational quality. As Executive Vice President, Liz leads the organizations strategic planning efforts, the annual conference and operations, as well as continuing her existing leadership in membership, marketing and communications.Liz has over 22 years of experience in marketing and advertising having held account management positions at large advertising agencies in Minneapolis including Campbell Mithun, Martin/Williams and Carmichael Lynch. Liz hails from Rochester, Minnesota but has also lived and worked in Chicago in marketing and advertising research at Market Facts, Inc. and Viewfacts, Inc. She also served as Director of Alumni Relations at Macalester College in St. Paul, Minnesota. In 2006, Liz was honored with a Women to Watch Award, by The Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal. She holds a Master of Science in Advertising degree from Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois, and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Lawrence University, Appleton, Wisconsin. In her free time, Liz enjoys golfing, fishing and downhill skiing with her husband, John.
